Scroll to the bottom of that page and you'll see the directories it's scanned. You have to check the box next to the source path and then you will see the option "download scan log". You have to do each source path individually to get a file. It will give you a CSV file with a column that will show you the error for each file/folder path that it has found as an error. You should correct the error files before migrating.
