I run the outlook client on my machine. Only a subset of my outlook contacts show up on my mac native contacts app. This affects things like imessage, etc. Calendar works fine, it's only contacts that have an issue. The issue is a partial sync. This issue persists on several different macs yet works on some. It's inconsistent.

    Hi @Randy Bell

    Welcome to our forum!

Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client.

Are you exporting contacts from Outlook on Mac?

How do you sync your contacts?

What version of your Outlook client is? Please make sure to update to the latest version.

As far as I know, to export contacts and other items from Outlook for Mac, you can archive them to an Outlook for Mac data file (.olm) and then store the .olm file anywhere on your Mac or on another computer for safekeeping.

For your reference: Export items to an archive file in Outlook for Mac.
