Reschedule my exam is not possible because the "Certifications" option is not available anymore in the overview page. You also refer to "Credentials" in the new overview, but there's only an overview from the recent exams I passed. How can I reschedule my exam?

You need to call the contact center of Pearson Vue. Click on the link: https://home.pearsonvue.com/Clients/CCE/Customer-service.aspx Go to the menu where you can choice your country and region. There will be a direct number you can call and ask the CC to reschedule your exam. Good Luck!

I just called to reschedule mine. They answered the call almost immediately and the person I spoke with was very friendly. I just had to verify: name, email address, phone number and physical address.

Hi, I wish to reschedule my DP-900 Microsoft Azure Data fundamentals exam from March 10th to later this year. The website no longer seems to allow the user to submit a change. I tried calling the Pearson Vue 1800 02 095 number in Australia, but it delivered an inaudible garbled message. It seems like there is no way to make this happen. What happened to the self-help re-schedule capability? Regards, Paul.

At the Bottom there is Link for Previous Version.
Click on it.
Then Click on Credentials.
Then you would see the option of Certification, you would see the option to reschedule there.

Certifications link is not available in the profile. Using the below steps I rescheduled my exam, please follow them.
Go to Microsoft account and search for the exam to schedule the exam. Follow the steps to schedule the exam and once you follow the steps and navigate to pearson vue site there it will show error as you have already active schedule and on the left side it will give reschedule and cancel option.

Hi Ramesh, this did not work for me it took me right through to the end requesting payment so I did not finalise payment.
@Microsoft this is really problematic I'm going to have to contact the fair trade ombudsman unless someone can get in contact with me.

To reschedule your MS-700 exam, you can log in to your Learn profile and select "Certifications" from the profile menu. From there, scroll to the exam appointment you wish to reschedule and choose the "Reschedule" link. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider's site to complete the rescheduling process. Keep in mind that you must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled exam or your fee will be forfeited. If you used a company-purchased voucher, the voucher will also be forfeited. If you no-show for your exam appointment, your company may be charged a no-show fee. For more information, visit the Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy Details page.

If this can help: To reschedule an exam, make sure your corporative and personal profile are merged. Then go to your learn profile and choose credentials on the left side tabs. There you will see in the middle top Certification tab. In certification tab you will find your exam and the button to reschedule.
