Unable to claim Github Student pack azure subscription

Question

I have been trying to redeem the azure student subscription with my GitHub for the past few days, and it still doesn't recognize the fact that my GitHub account does have the student developer pack. I cannot verify using my email because my school email is not a registered domain, and I have not been given a 25 digit code. I have checked other questions and they were unable to solve my problem. I tried using another Microsoft account as well but it also lead to the GitHub not being recognized. Please send advice as to what to do next.

#2 I'd recommend you contacting GitHub support to see if they can assist you with verifying your student status.
