To remove the Company Portal app from a Windows 10 device after removing it from Intune, you can uninstall the app from the device. First, make sure that the device has been removed from Intune by following the steps outlined in the "Remove your Windows device from management" section of the Intune user help article. Then, to uninstall the Company Portal app, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Start menu and search for "Company Portal".
    2. Right-click on the Company Portal app and select "Uninstall".
    3. Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation process.

After completing these steps, the Company Portal app should be fully removed from the device.

@Sohieb Mahmoud Abotahir Mahmoud,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

For your question, could you please help us confirm if you mean "you want not to capture the windows via sysprep after removing the device from Intune, but get some error", if yes, based on my research, it is suggested to use sysprep, because it can remove PC-specific information from a Windows installation (generalizing) so it can be installed on different PCs. When you run sysprep you can configure whether the PC will boot to audit mode or to the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE).

Moreover, there is a delay after you unenroll the device from Intune, please reboot the device and check whether sysprep can work.

Here is a link with more detailed information.

    Hope above information can help.
