Bom dia formatei meu celular ontem fiz o backup no aunteticador tudo certinho mas minha conta corporativa não está funcionando, não consigo ter acesso aos meus dados fora da rede de onde trabalho. Vocês conseguem fazer um reset ou disponibilizar uma outra forma de acesso? Pois lá nao me dá opção de usar SMS ou email alternativos. Não troquei de telefone e nem de chip. Obrigado
