I cannot enable sync in edge both in windows and android

When I turn the sync switch on it automatically returns to off and sync is not working

    Check if your account is enabled for syncing. Open a new tab and go to: edge://sync-internals/. The Summary section should indicate that sync is enabled.

    Verify that the device you’re using is part of the sync list. In the same edge://sync-internals/ page, select the Sync Node Browser tab and check the Device info folder.

    Additionally, check your sign-in status by visiting edge://signin-internals/
