Help with my G502 x plus

Question

I just got the g502 x plus. I connected the USB receiver to the USB dongle and a USB C to connect it to my MacBook Air. When I did this I didn't get any signal from the G hub software. I also tried if it worked uninstalled it and reinstalled and it doesn't work. Please solve my issue.

if I got your question right you have an issue with connecting a mouse, Logitech G502 X Plus, with a MacBook Air (Mac OS)?

If so: Both topics aren't supported here in the Microsoft Q&A forums.

Your best option might be to search in the Logitech and/or Apple forums for an answer.
