Question

My Skype suddenly being blocked by Microsoft, I checked my Microsoft account and its seems like I can't access my account by my phone number or email address. I have tried with email, number and Skype name to recover my account, when I put my number, the website asks to verify I'm not robot, I do it and the website says now we confirm you are not robot, but then no code is sending to me, just a white blank page with Microsoft logo on the top freeze and not going any further. I have tried to contact Microsoft many time but it seems like impossible, I think someone might hacked my account, please help me, I'm under a lot of stress, or give me a human assistant to speak to, microsoft is one of the biggest companies in the world, I can't believe why I can reach a human for help.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
