I have some images that are meta file, I want to convert them to pictures (png). From the thread above, select all works fine, but in the document I do have links like table of contents and so; so if I use select all Ctrl + A then CTRL + Shift + F9 to do the conversion, all my links table of contents no longer working, but the conversion works.

I tried to break the selection, but does not work. What do I mean by breaking the selection; assume that my document has 20 pages, if all my images are from page 5 to page 15, and I start selecting by pressing the mouse from page 5 to page 15, then Ctrl + Shift + F9, it does not do anything; but when I do Ctrl + A, and to the image conversion it works fine. So is there any way to fix that issue. All I want is select all images and convert picture.

Does this issue occur with other documents?

I suggest you backup your file first.

Then try to just select the objects from one page to unlink fields item (Ctrl + Shift + F9) for a test.

Besides, please go to View tab > Outline, switch to outline view to check this issue.
