The Authenticator app is requesting a code from the app itself. My e-mail address has Admin rights but I cannot get into my account at all. A coworker also has Admin rights and turned off the the two step authenticator but my e-mail access AND authenticator app are both asking for a code. Please help.

    Hi @Dayna Bird

    You should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register using Microsoft Authenticator as mentioned in the screenshot below:
