Who can reset the microsoft authenticator app?in my NEW phone i cant Login because ist not possible to the Account.

    Hi @Michael Salzer

    You should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register using Microsoft Authenticator as mentioned in the screenshot below:
