Microsoft authenticator

Question

when clicking to log in to Microsoft powerbi it asks me to click on the code presented within the Microsoft authenticator itself, but I cannot click because the application itself opens and makes it impossible for me to authenticate

Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
