Why I am not able to sign in from school and work account through Account -> your info - > local account. showing error Can you tell me how to solve this error?

2. Work or School accounts are created by an organization’s administrator to enable a member of the organization to access Microsoft cloud services.
3. Microsoft accounts are used for personal services like Xbox Live, Outlook.com, Windows 8, Windows Phone, and more.
4. The error "Microsoft Account does not exist" usually means:
   • The person is logging in using an Alias.
   • The person mistyped the email address.
   • The person did not access the account (WITH A BROWSER) within 365 days.
