Can't you find the list that was previously blocked?
Normally, to remove a blocked user, please follow these steps:
- Open Outlook and go to the Home tab.
- Click on Junk and select Junk E-mail Options…
- Go to the Blocked Senders tab and look for the email address or domain name that you want to unblock.
- Select the email address or domain name and click on the Remove button.
- Click on OK to save your changes and close the window.
