removing blocked account from my acccount

hello, i by mistake blocked an e mail account from my account. When I checked my blocked junk list, i cannot see the e mail address in this list, but I do not get any messages from this account. When I block an account, I see those mail addresses that are blocked but I cannot see the one aforementioned that I blocked earlier. How can I find the e mail I blocked to remove it from my blocked email address list?

Can't you find the list that was previously blocked?

Normally, to remove a blocked user, please follow these steps:

• Open Outlook and go to the Home tab.
• Click on Junk and select Junk E-mail Options…
• Go to the Blocked Senders tab and look for the email address or domain name that you want to unblock.
• Select the email address or domain name and click on the Remove button.
• Click on OK to save your changes and close the window.
