After signing up, create a subscription on the Subscriptions page. Select "Add a Subscription" and choose an offer from the list. The Azure Account Management Portal will now be available for managing various resources.

Once you have created a resource group, you can create and configure resources. Resources can include virtual machines, databases, storage accounts, and more. Azure provides a variety of tools to create and manage the Azure resources used by your application.
