Hey Bi Trần, to resolve the "AlgorithmMismatch" issue between your Exchange 2013 server and the sender's server at VE1PR06MB7007.eurprd06.prod.outlook.com you need to check this steps:

    1. Update Exchange 2013 to the latest service packs and cumulative updates.
    2. Ensure TLS settings are compatible; check and update SSL/TLS certificate configuration.
    3. Verify firewall and network settings, and check for any antivirus/antispam interference.
    4. Contact the sender's email provider (Outlook.com) for assistance.
    5. Enable detailed SMTP logging on your Exchange server for further diagnostics.
    6. Consider implementing email encryption for secure communication.

If none of this working, please come back for further details.

    Hi @Bi Trần,

From the error message it seems the sender is sending from Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) to your Exchange server, but cannot establish the connection.

Please have a check if you have TLS 1.2 enabled on your Exchange server, as Exchange Online uses TLS 1.2 instead of TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1.

You can download and run the healthchecker.ps1 script in Exchange Management Shell to check if you have it enabled.

    Example (in the result):

    01

If it is not enabled, you can follow this link to enable it:
