HELP WITH AUNTHENTICATOR APP

Question

So my phone got stolen on Friday night and I lost my authenticator app with it, the people who took it managed to reset my gmail email account since it was in the phone and they managed to change the password, I have been contacting gmail but I haven't recovered the account yet.

The issue I have currently is I need to login into my work portals however they require the authenticator codes but I have no access to the app currently as I had raised an alert and is due to change in January however I need to use the aunthicate app urgently

I can't access my email as it was hacked and password changed so I have no access to it, so I have managed to get another phone but I can't login as it requires a code which only gets sent to the email which I don't have access too.

Therefore if you can help me with this please that would be great

You should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register using Microsoft Authenticator on your phone as mentioned in the screenshot below:
