Security tab is missing from OU properties in AD

Hello team,

I configured 2-way trust with selective authentication in AD and want to assign allowed to authenticate right to target forest user but security tab is missing from OU properties. Can anyone suggest why this is happening ? Is there any way to assign allowed to authenticate right to target forest user?

Click on View then check advanced Feature to enable security tab on OU properties from the console user and computer active directory :
