How do I fix constant USB Disconnection sound?

When I start my PC, I am greeted by the sound of a usb device being disconnected constantly in intervals of about 2 seconds. Uninstalling 1 of 3 host controllers removes this, but this is only temporary because when windows starts up again, the sound returns since the host controller is reinstalled on start-up.

    Run Windows Update and download and install all updates.

    Make sure update drivers.

    Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?

    If not, enable services one by one to see which one causing this problem, have a look at:

    This issue could be caused by several factors such as a faulty USB device, outdated or incompatible USB drivers, or software conflict. Here are some steps you can try to check this:

    Unplug all USB devices: Start by unplugging all USB devices from your computer. If the sound stops, plug the devices back in one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.

    Update USB drivers: Go to Device Manager, expand the “Universal Serial Bus controllers” section, right-click on each USB controller and choose “Update driver”. Choose “Search automatically for updated driver software” and follow the prompts.

    Disable USB Selective Suspend Setting: Go to Control Panel -> Power Options -> Change plan settings -> Change advanced power settings -> USB settings -> USB selective suspend setting. Set it to “Disabled” for both “On battery” and “Plugged in”, then click “Apply”.

    Check for hardware changes: In Device Manager, click on the “Action” menu and choose “Scan for hardware changes”. This will force Windows to re-detect your USB controllers and devices.

    Disable the USB controller: In Device Manager, right-click on the USB controller causing the issue and choose “Disable device”. Reboot your computer and then re-enable the device. This can sometimes resolve issues with device detection.
