Just want to know how I can get these dll files back into the system 32 file as my AI is telling me this is why my gp is denying my administrative access. I do know somehow policies were applied though nobody except me has access to this laptop, nor has anyone ever used it but myself.

You can download the following dll files from here:

    https://www.dll-files.com/fde.dll.html

    https://www.dll-files.com/gptext.dll.html

    https://www.dll-files.com/gpedit.dll.html

I am not sure of "fdedeploy.dll" seems to be a part of McAfee.

    Hello,

The safest way is to install a new system with the same edition. And then copy these files to your current system. We don't have an official link to download such a single file. And we won't suggest downloading from other places for safety.

You can also try those command in your command line and see if it will rebuild such files:

    sfc /scannow

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

You can choose the image source from here: Repair a Windows Image | Microsoft Learn
