Certificate missing in Learn profile

I have completed my AZ 900 examination yesterday. But, it is still not showing in the Learn profile. Also, I was unable to find a Certifications menu and no details found under Credentials too. It's mentioned in the Activity tab that I have completed the certification. How to get the certification details?
