How to create msi installer with SQL Server Local DB exc file

Hi.

We have requirement to create build using Microsoft Visual Studio Installer project. We want to install the SQL server Local DB silently when we install our build. We got error when we try to install the our build. Below I mention the error:

Could not find file 'C:\Agency VALLc\VAVision.InstallState

Have you viewed the similar issue? 

Please check if the file “C:\Agency VALLc\VAVision.InstallState“ exists or not.

You can re-download the installer and run it as administrator. Or try to install it into a different folder. 

If you have any anti-virus software or security management software, please temporarily disable them.
