Please navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration
, and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\cloud\office\16.0\Common\officeupdate
, take a screenshot of all the registry entries under these folders.
Please make sure the data value of the registry entries related to update channel, such as CDNBaseUrl , UpdateChannel are "http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/7ffbc6bf-bc32-4f92-8982-f9dd17fd3114".
