I have WSUS and computers running Windows 11. On the list of updates, I have some for approval. Do I need to approve all of them, or is one sufficient? If so, which one?

What do codes ending with the letter B mean?

The last one for each version (22H2, 23H2) is sufficient

B = 2nd Tuesday of each moth = Patch Tuesday = Security Updates

    Hello,

The "B" typically stands for the second week of the month in Microsoft's labeling system.

For these updates always mean Security update.

We could find them in Win11 Update hisotry.

Meanwhile, Monthly updates are cumulative, and each new update includes the previous month's update.

    Best Regards
