Unable to change Display Orientation to Portrait for Azure Windows VM(Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition)

The purpose is to set Azure Windows VM display in portrait orientation. Below is the screen shot of it is greyed out.

    Change LastOrientation Registry Value to see if the settings for display orientation can be changed.

    Step 1: Open the Registry Editor via Windows’s search box

    Step 2: Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AutoRotation.

    Step 3: Right-click LastOrientation and set the value data to 0.

    Step 4: If you see the SensorPresent key, set its value data to 1.

    Step 5: Save all the changes.
    If you still cannot change the display orientation and if it is greyed out, you can check and update the display driver.
