How do I make a button permanent in a Microsoft Teams chat where an app (Jira Cloud) is installed?

I have installed the Jira Cloud app to a Microsoft Teams Chat to make it easier to create issues in Jira. It is easy to access the app like you would normally do from the menu to search for apps.

However, when the app is first added to the Teams Chat, a few shortcuts from the Jira Cloud app appear as button in the chat. As far as I can see those buttons only exist below the notification I received. Is there a way to pin them to the chat so that an issue can easily be created without having to search for the app or scroll back to the notification with these buttons?

    Hi @snozzberryberet

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

Meanwhile, Admins for Microsoft Teams you can use App Setup policy (docs) to automatically pin Jira to the app bar so it's a one touch experience for users to access and update Jira issues.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
