Using Graph for B2C, is there a way to get a delta of users that have had properties changed since a given date?

Using Microsoft Graph and Azure B2C, is there a way to get a delta of users that have had properties changed since a given date? I can get all the users, but ideally I could provide a date and then get a listing of users back who have had one of their properties modified since then.

Azure AD B2C does not yet support user delta queries. You can try using Azure AD B2C audit logs to monitor changes to user objects within your tenant.
