Can a windows 10 key be used to activate windows 11

So im building a new computer. And im a bit confused about getting windows on there. I have a working computer with windows 11.(idk if thats relevant) But what im really confused about is weather or not i will need a windows 11 key to activate windows or can i use a microsoft account or can i use a windows 10 key ?

    Yes, IMO, Windows 10 key can be used to activate Windows 11.
