Slow execution of Stored Procedure Activity in Azure Data Factory

I am experiencing issues with the Stored Procedure Activity in Azure Data Factory. After the completion of a copy activity, the stored procedure activity triggers and goes into an in-progress state, but it does not start executing in SQL Server for up to an hour. after an hour it started execution. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

Also pls let us know in which region you face this issue. And also type of integration runtime used.

Every run facing same issue. total integration run time is 1hr40min, in this Single procedure taking 1hr10min. total 100 tables running(dynamic) in this integration and, but it is affecting for only specific one. and all other also same pattern. when running alone it completed within minutes.

It needs more investigation. It could be related to Integration runtime/ specific to your source database.
