I have a Xbox One. My OS Version: “18363.8131.amd64fre.19h1_release_xbox_dev_1911.191213-0400”. My Console ID: “86e3a9f0.70522af9.b85f3b98.bb133fa01.0”.Whenever I start the console up it takes me to a troubleshooting page with system error E102. I tried uploading softwares OSU1-3, as stated by the guides online, but every time it brings me back to the troubleshooting page. Each time that it brings me back the system error also changes to E101. A split second after I plug in the usb with the software update, for a split second, it brings me to a page that says “preparing console”. I’ve had this issue for many years and have not been able to use my console as a result. Thank you for your assistance. 🙏

    Hi,

This forum uses tags to classify problems. And it seems this has little to do with Configuration Manager. For Xbox issue, we can go to the support page to seek for the help.

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/error-code-e102

In the right pane, there is the contact information.
