I am not able to see my Azure Certification in my Profile

I cannot find my Azure Certification for Solution Architect in my profile, and verification through Credly is also unsuccessful.

Kindly investigate to determine if there are issues on the Microsoft backend. Alternatively, please provide guidance on the correct procedure to download the certificate and publish it on Credly.
