I have no security tab in my ethernet connection properties

    Hi @charles Gestner ,

    the security tab of the ethernet connection properties should be here:

    Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings

    Right-click the NIC and select Status -> Click on Wireless PropertiesNIC1

    Hi,

    If you want to configure the network authentication method, 802.1X authentication and etc. about the ‘ethernet connection’ you had mentioned. We usually use the Authentication tab for wired network:

    Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections, right click the wired connection adapter and select Properties, then, select the Authentication tab.

    Also, please make sure Wired AutoConfig is running and configured with Automatic statup type:

    Press Win + S, type services.msc and end with Enter to open Services management tool.
