Hi Mark, try restarting Outlook, checking for any internet restrictions or updates, and if needed, restart your computer or reconnect to the network to resolve the issue.

    Hi @mark kushnirenko ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

And does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

As i know, this issue can be affected by several factors, please try the following steps to troubleshoot:

    • On the ribbon, select the Send/Receive tab, then, in the Preferences group, select Work Offline to toggle between offline mode and online mode.

    User's image

    • Make sure you're connected to the Internet: Ensure that your device is connected to the Internet and that your connection is stable.

1.Open a browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

2.Try entering one of the following websites in the address bar: http://www.microsoft.com / http://www.bing.com.

3.If you can't reach either of those two websites, see Fix network connection issues in Windows.

    • If you confirm the above, it's suggested that you could try to use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, which works by running tests to figure out what's wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem.
    • Considering the impact of some add ins, It is suggested that you try to start outlook in safe mode(win+R>type: outlook /safe) to check whether it works normally.
    • Considering that it may be caused by the damage of the profile/data file in the Outlook client, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile (Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.

    Hope to help you!
