This seems to be where things break down:

The following exception occurred while preparing status logs during Watson failure processing: Invalid class

But what it implies - I have very little idea. All I can say is that it seems that your machine is not in the state that SQL Server Setup expects it to be. Probably something related to installations of .NET Framework.

What OS and hardware do you have?
