Refunds for Unused Resources

My Azure Subscription ID is 2db7d1df-c41f-48d1-8b18-f5eaf0ca2fa8. I would like to address an issue regarding a subscription that I did not utilize. Previously, I needed to learn how to use Azure services for a school project, so I took the time to carefully explore your offerings. While I did activate the resource services, I actually did not make use of it. However, I recently noticed that my account has been charged for the service. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the charged amount.

I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this situation. It was not my intention to activate the service without utilizing it. I genuinely appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. If there is any additional information or clarification required to process the refund, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it.

    Please create a new billing support request in the Azure portal. You can use below link to start the process:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_GTM/ModernBillingMenuBlade/~/supportrequest

    If for some reason above link doesn't take you to New support request, please navigate to Cost Management and Billing, scroll down left side and open New support request blade.

    Issue type: Billing, select your subscription, enter Summary, Problem type: Refund request, click Next, follow instructions. If for some reason you are unable to submit your refund request add a comment below.
