Remote Desktop - Mac - Pin to menu

Pin to menu bar is a really nice feature, however, when you are in full-screen applications it does not work.

You have to exit the full-screen application before you can use the menu bar item?

    Thanks for posting the question in Q&A forum. To understand your issue better, could you please confirm the details below?
    1.What is the OS version of the target computer? Are you running the latest RDC for mac?

    2.Pin to menu bar is a really nice feature, however, when you are in full-screen applications it does not work.
    Kindly confirm that whether it is the menu bar of remote collection or the local task bar?
    What is the behavior of failure for pin to menu bar?

    3.If it is about "Full screen RDP shows local taskbar in foreground", you may try to open up Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) and kill explorer.exe as a test.
