When firing a call to the Resource RateCard API (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/azure/reference/mt219004(v=azure.100)) for a US Government EA offer, it returns the following error: "The filter OfferDurableId:MS-AZR-USGOV-0017P is invalid."

This is the entire command:
https://management.usgovcloudapi.net/subscriptions/<subcription_id>/providers/Microsoft.Commerce/RateCard?api-version=2015-06-01-preview&$filter=OfferDurableId+eq+'MS-AZR-USGOV-0017P'+and+Currency+eq+'USD'+and+Locale+eq+'en-US'+and+RegionInfo+eq+'US'

I want to understand why this error is coming.

    Hi @Utsav Bajracharya

That RateCard API has been replaced with the Cost Management automation overview - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn, as noted at the top of the doc. I've reached to the team, and they advise the Price Sheet API, however, I'm awaiting confirmation if that affects gov as well as consumer.

I'll post an update once I receive confirmation and an example. However, since your ask is related to Azure Gov, I would suggest creating a billing support request.
