Game keeps crashing when I try to go into it

I just got Ark Ascended and everytime I try to load it up it acts like it's loading but then goes to a black screen and crashes. I have tryied looking for a solution, but none of them have worked. ARK_ Survival Ascended 1_1_2024 6_45_07 PM
