Unable to login M365

The account [admin@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com] unable to login M365, because he change phone and unable to restore Microsoft Authenticator.

This account [admin@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com] is my domain administrator.

Is it possible to disable two steps authentication for this account?

    Hi @meeting

    Based on our research, it is possible to disable two steps authentication for your admin account, but you will need another global admin to do it for you. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Go to the Office 365 admin center.
    2. Go to Users > Active users.
    3. Click on Multi-factor authentication tab option.
    4. Select your user.
    5. Click Disable on the right side under quick steps option.
