Azure Migrate: PAYG for Windows 2003 and Windows 2008

Hi Experts, I am migrating to Azure and having few Windows 2003 OS which will be migrated to Azure (lift and shift). Can Windows 2003 OS VMs be configured with Azure PAYG prcing for OS licensing or should I bring my own licenses and use AHB?
