Java won’t install on windows sbs 2008

I don’t know if anyone here can help me with this but I have an old windows server with windows SBS 2008. I tried to install java on it but the installer won’t open. Any ideas?

    I'd verify system and servicing health by running;
    sfc /scannow

    also system update readiness tool

    Then check for errors in;
    %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

    Please understand that On January 14, 2020, support for Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 ended. It is suggested that you can upgrade the system to the latest version. Thank you for your understanding!
