Sharing MS Teams Bot link not working on MS teams mobile app while working on MS teams web.

i have created power virtual agent chat bot and i could copy link of the bot and share this link with users.

-Users could open the bot using the link through MS teams web while the users who try to open the same bot link on MS teams Mobile app, these users got error "This app may require approval from IT admin or is unsupported on this device".

-i have tried android and iOS devices but got same error.

-i have uninstalled the mobile app then installed again but got same error.

-my MS teams android version is 1416/1.0.0.2023223901

-my MS teams android Calling version is 12023.44.01.9

-i have followed below documentations:

Has the administrator in the organization set a conditional access policy on your mobile device, which prevents you from accessing the robot on your mobile device?

According to your description, can the robot be opened on the mobile client only after it is installed on the web?

If so, the problem is not with the conditional access policy.

According to the documentation, Only users who can access the bot can use the installation link to install the bot. You can share the bot to give users access to chat with the bot.

Before sharing the connection, grant them the appropriate permissions.

-yes. after the user installed the bot from the web, he can use the bot on mobile from the previous chats and also the chatbot itself has become found in the "More" apps menu.

-i had already shared the bot for everyone as below screenshot.

Can the user download the bot on the mobile client first and access the link by not downloading the bot on the web client?

-No, he can't download the bot first because the bot is not shown in his app's menu.

-neither he could not use the direct bot link due to the error mentioned "Link not supported."

-if first time done by user from the web, then he could find in both apps' menu and in the chats.

Has the bot been published to the organization?

There is an Add app function in the three-dot logo in the lower right corner of the mobile client. Can you search for robots from this function?

Hi, kindly note the bot is not yet published to the organization because I am still in the preparation and studying the whole cycle.Noting that the bot is not listed on the apps store menu in the button Add app

According to the document, Now that you have published your bot, you can make your bot available to users in Microsoft Teams so you, your teammates, and the broader organization can interact with it. You need to publish the bot at least once before users can interact with the bot in Microsoft Teams.

-kindly note that i had already published the robot many times and already the users could chat with the robot. But i don't published to my organization store.

-my problem that the users could not install (first time) and start the chat with the robot from the mobile app using option "Copy bot link."

-noting that the other users who have desktop/web app could install (first time) and start the chat with the robot using option "Copy bot link."

-could you guide me more how to make users could use "link" to install first time and chat with the robot from the mobile app?

Hello, thanks for your prompt feedback.

-kindly note that iOs mobiles gives error "Link not supported" "You can't open this link on the mobile app. Please open it on the desktop or web app."

-then when i installed the bot from my web app, then open the mobile app so i can now use the chat from my previous chats on the mobile app. But the users that have mobile app only, they could not install the bot for first time.

-kindly could you give me details and screenshot for your mentioned option "conditional access policy on your mobile." Screenshot_20240102_171024_Teams_B
