Unable to reset PIN for person device on Microsoft Intune Enrollment?

Hello Microsoft Support,

Due to is a personal device, our Intune admin is unable to help with the issue that I am experiencing.

I used to be able to use the Authenticator app and Microsoft Outlook to access my work emails. But now that I'm seeing this error (below), how can I find out where I need to reset my PIN? I've had my Intune admins reset my MFA multiple times, and I've deleted and reinstalled both Office and MS Authenticator after eliminating every account from within those programs, but I'm still seeing the same issue prompt.
