Automatic reply setup does not sync with Outlook desktop/MS Teams out of office reply

Hi all, hope you are well. I have installed Outlook desktop in my laptop and Outlook APP in my android mobile phone. When I set up automatic reply using Outlook desktop, it syncs with the Teams out of office reply + Outlook APP (that I can see the setting is activated). But if I do it in another way round like setting up automatic reply using Outlook APP, it may not always sync with Teams and Outlook desktop and people are unable to see my setting from their end. It should be synced across anyway, any feedback would be appreciated on this. Thank you so much!

    Hi @Amy Ng,

I tested in my lab but not seemed able to reproduce this issue.

If you setup the OOF via Outlook on the web instead, will it work for you?

If it works, to me the possible cause may be some network settings blocked the request to modify the OOF settings.

I will suggest switching to another network to see if the issue persist.

Besides, if the sync issue only occurs on Teams, please make sure that you logged in Teams after you enabled OOF in Outlook (it may require Teams to be opened for Teams to update the OOF setting).
