Compliance Support for Saudi PDPL

I have my VMs and Databases in Azure Resource Group and my business needs to be compliant with the Saudia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). I have checked the Azure Compliance documentation support and regionally there is no support for Saudi PDPL. How do I make my business compliant with the law, does Azure support anything for this?
