Since the portal has changed from mcp.microsoft.com to learn.microsoft.com I am not able to view and download my transcript anymore.

Is there someone else who faced the same issue? How did you manage it?

Thanks in advance

Visit the Microsoft Learn site: Go to the Microsoft Learn site at https://learn.microsoft.com/.

Sign in: Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your certifications. Use the same credentials you used on the old MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) site.

Access your profile: Once signed in, click on your profile picture or initials at the top right corner. This should open a menu with options related to your profile.

View your achievements or certifications: Look for an option like "Achievements," "Certifications," or "Transcript" in your profile menu. Clicking on this option should take you to a page where you can view and download your certifications.

Explore the dashboard: Microsoft Learn provides a personalized dashboard where you can track your progress, access learning paths, and view your certifications. Check the dashboard for information related to your achievements.

Contact support: If you are unable to find your certifications or face any issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They may be able to provide guidance or resolve any technical issues.

Please note that Microsoft's systems and interfaces may evolve, and the steps outlined above are based on information available up to my last update. If there have been changes to the Microsoft Learn platform or if you encounter any difficulties, it's recommended to check Microsoft's official documentation or contact Microsoft support for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
