Does the problem happen in the Outlook desktop client?
What is your account type (personal account/organizational)?
What is the Outlook client version? Make sure to update to the latest version.
Can you log in to your account on Outlook web?
Depending on the error code, it could be an error caused by a login credential issue. Please try the following possible suggestions:
- In windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, remove the account and add it again and then log in to check the result.
