Hi there,

Hope you all have a great day. Currently, I am learning some courses on Microsoft Azure AI, and for my practice, I created a subscription but then by mistake, I deleted so now I cannot find it or restore it. I also don't know how to create a new one. Could anyone here help me?

By the way, my subscription is a free one but I saw the Current Cost and Forecast below, does that mean I have to pay all that?

Thank you so much and best regards,

Kieu.

    Hi Kieu,

Just to add to AirGordon's response, PAYG is pay-as-you-go. To try and reactivate your subscription:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Go to Subscriptions and then select the canceled subscription.
    3. Select Reactivate.
      Screenshot that shows Confirm reactivation.

For other subscription types, contact support to have your subscription reactivated.

If it was a PAYG subscription, you can try to reactivate it in the portal. For other subscription types, contact support to have your subscription reactivated.

If you've left it too long after deleting (30 days i think) - then you will likely need to create a new subscription.
