Creating a project Mobile app (xamarin.forms)

Good day! I have encountered an issue where, upon creating a Xamarin.Forms mobile app project, only two projects are generated in the solution instead of the expected three (main project, Android, and iOS). I have tried reinstalling Visual Studio, but the problem persists.

    As you @ SnowyCat SnowyCat said, you solved the problem by deleting all files from C:\Program Files (x86)\dotnet.
